You may purchase templates or Agency packages to customize or resell websites.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate branding, content, and preferences in a timely manner. R
eview and approve website drafts before launch.
Ensure that any content provided complies with copyright and applicable laws.

4. Payments

Payment is required before work begins (unless otherwise agreed).
Monthly or yearly subscriptions are billed according to your plan.
One-time HTML download fees or template purchases are payable upfront.

5. Revisions & Approval

Websites are reviewed and revised during the approval phase.
Minor revisions are included to ensure satisfaction before launch.
Once approved, the project is considered complete

6. Refunds

No refunds are provided after the website is approved and launched.
Optional credits may be offered for unresolved issues at PureSites’ discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your branding and content.
PureSites retains ownership of proprietary templates and tools unless transferred through purchase.

8. Liability

PureSites is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or business interruptions arising from your website.
Websites are provided “as is” once approved and launched.

9. Changes to Terms
