Refund Policy and  Disclaimer

 Refund Policy

At PureSites, every website and template involves time, resources, and custom work. Because of this, refunds are handled under the following conditions: 

 Website Projects (One-Time Setup + Monthly Plans)

  •  Before Approval/Launch: If you request a refund before your website is approved or launched, we will issue a refund minus a non-refundable setup fee to cover design, branding, and preparation work. 
  •  After Approval/Launch: Once a project is approved or launched, refunds are no longer available. 
  •  Monthly Maintenance Fees: These are billed for ongoing services (hosting, updates, email, support). They are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Clients may cancel anytime to stop future charges. 

 All-in-One Subscription Plans 

  •  Since these plans include setup as part of the subscription, refunds are not available. 
  •  You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. 
  •  If you cancel, your website remains live until the end of your billing cycle. 

 Templates & Digital Downloads

 All template sales are final. Since these are instant-access digital products, refunds are not available once downloaded. 

 HTML Downloads & Buyouts

  • HTML download fees (standalone or optional buyout) are non-refundable once files are delivered. 

 

 Revisions & Fixes 

  •  We provide reasonable revisions during development before launch. 
  •  After launch, clients have a 7-day window for free fixes on errors directly caused by our work. 
  •  Ongoing changes and new features can be handled through a support/maintenance plan.

 Disclaimer 

  •  No Guaranteed Results: PureSites provides professional websites and templates. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, rankings, leads, or sales. 
  •  Third-Party Tools & Hosting: Some services rely on third parties (e.g., domain registrars, email providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for issues caused by these providers. 
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, and approvals. Delays in receiving content or approval may delay project delivery. 
  •  “As Is” Basis: All websites, templates, and deliverables are provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy and quality, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
